How FLEX CORP S.A.C. treats your personal data in accordance with Law 29733 and its Regulations.

2. What data we process
Identification and contact information (name, company, email and optional telephone number); the content of the requirement (need, sector, scope, region and documents you decide to share); commercial relationship data and, if analytics is activated, navigation data such as IP, device and pages visited.

a) Respond to your request and prepare a proposal. b) Assign specialists and coordinate the execution of the service. c) Analyze demand in aggregate to prepare capacity and equipment. d) Anonymously publish requirements (sector, scope and modality) to prepare the team and receive applications, without name, contact or identifiable data. e) Send you commercial communications only if you authorize them. f) Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Prior, informed, express and unequivocal consent; pre-contractual measures requested by you; execution of a contract; legitimate interest in capacity planning with aggregated data; and legal obligation where applicable. When we process data of people in the European Union or the European Economic Area, we apply the principles of the GDPR and equivalent guarantees.
5. What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not request passwords or credentials through public forms. We do not use sensitive data for commercial segmentation. We ask you not to send sensitive data through the forms; If you share them, they are treated with enhanced confidentiality. We do not publish a customer's name or contact details in an offer. You can object to anonymous publication by writing to [email protected].
6. How long
As long as the commercial relationship exists or the period necessary to respond to the request, and then during the applicable legal periods. When they are no longer necessary, they are deleted or anonymized.
7. Who can access
Authorized Flexiu personnel and suppliers who provide infrastructure, email, CRM, support or analytics services, under contract and duty of confidentiality. Authorities when there is a legal obligation.
8. International transfers
Some suppliers may be outside of Peru. In these cases we require contractual guarantees, security measures and an adequate level of protection. If you reside in the EU/EEA, we apply the guarantees provided by the GDPR.
9. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, revocation of consent and portability by writing to [email protected]. We respond within the legal deadline. You can also file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of Peru.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: role access control, encryption in transit, activity logging, backups and vendor review. No system is infallible; If a relevant incident occurs, we communicate it accordingly.

14. Opportunities, applications and network of experts
If you register as an expert or apply, we process your name, email, telephone number, LinkedIn, CV, country, availability, seniority, proposal, estimate, assumptions and application status. We use this data to evaluate the fit, compare proposals, coordinate conversations and, if the profile progresses, present the necessary professional information to the evaluating client. The CV is stored as a private file and is not published. We do not sell data or publish your contact. We share the information with the authorized Flexiu team, the client when applicable to the evaluation and suppliers under a confidentiality contract. Applying does not guarantee selection or contract. Promotional communications are optional, separate from the application, and you can withdraw them at any time.
