No. It ends in a plan with managers and advancement criteria, and can continue with Technology, Data, Talent or another line. Diagnosis without execution is a cost, not a result.
How long does it take?
Depends on the number of areas and the information available. We define it in the proposal, with milestones and assumptions, before starting.
Do you use AI in diagnosis?
Yes, to organize information, compare alternatives and prepare documents. Decisions and validation belong to the people.
