How is an expert validated?
We review documented experience, references and an interview with the line manager. When applicable, there is a technical test. The profile is not published as available until validation is completed.
Who is responsible for the work?
It depends on the modality: if your team directs the specialist, the responsibility is shared; in a managed cell, Flexiu responds for the deliverable.
How is payment agreed?
Before assigning: scope, dedication, rate, currency and payment conditions. No work begins without a written agreement.
Can I change my profile or dedication?
Yes. The profile is updated and availability reconfirmed before each assignment. A change does not alter already agreed commitments.
Do you work in my country?
Depends on the coverage and the project. We confirm location, time zone and language before proposing a profile.
What if the expert doesn't fit?
The problem is documented, reviewed with the person responsible, and an adjustment or replacement is proposed according to the contract. We do not change people or conditions silently.
