Alliances

Complementary capacity, explicit rules.

Four types of alliance. In all of them, it is defined who hires, who delivers, who provides support and how it is presented to the client.

Technological

A product or platform that is implemented and integrated. The scope and limit of the relationship is declared.

Commercial

Co-selling with attribution and account rules. No guaranteed pipeline is promised.

Specialized execution

Domain capability: engineering, field, legal, data. Flexiu coordinates or the ally leads, according to contract.

Territorial coverage

Local presence to implement or provide support. It requires standards and responsibility.

Process

How an alliance is evaluated.

There is no automatic registration. Entering the network is not equivalent to certification nor does it authorize you to represent Flexiu.

  1. ConversationWhat each part contributes and in what territory.
  2. EvidenceExperience, references, capacity and standards.
  3. PilotA limited project before a larger agreement.
  4. AgreementResponsibilities, brand, support and economy.

  • Clarity about who responds.

We do not ask

  • Payment to appear on a list.
  • Exclusivity without compensation.
  • Use of the trademark without written authorization.
